2. Preserve Your Own Records
   • Save all emails, texts, and agreements
   • Take photographs of the site and remaining impacts
   • Document names of contractors, tow operators, and agencies present
3. Do Not Ignore the Issue Timely written requests and documentation are critical if concerns need to be reviewed by insurers or regulators.
